Exciting New Projects We are extremely excited to announce the start on a couple of new projects. Most noticeably is Palazzo Steyn. A ground-breaking new residential development for Mr Douw Steyn in Steyn City, north of Johannesburg. We have also started with a new Warehouse for Cash Crusaders in Lanseria Business Park, which promises to be the first of many in the newly developed business park next to Lanseria Airport. New Project - MIT Autoparts Warehouse. Gosforth Park, Germiston We are pleased to announce that we have successfully negotiated an new contract with DBM Architects and MIT Autoparts, to build a new 7500m² warehouse at Raceway Industrial Park in Gosforth Park, Germiston. The site was handed over to Gothic on 4th April 2011 and completion is scheduled for the end of October 2011. We wish the team well.

Passing of Roger Naidoo It is with the deepest sadness that we inform you of the untimely death of our friend, colleague and fellow Director, Rajoo (Roger) Moses Naidoo. Roger passed away on the 24th of February 2011. We will miss him very much. His funeral will be held on Saturday, 5th March in Heidelburg. Gothic Construction Shines at MBA Health & Safety Awards On 11th August 2009, the Gauteng Master Builders Association (MBA) awarded Gothic Construction 1st place for Health & Safety in the R20 - R50 Million category for the Africa Trade Centre project in Crown Mines. CONGRATULATIONS !!!

Rivers Church - Morningside We are pleased to announce that we have been successful in securing a new project. This project has been negotiated for the construction of a new Kids Zone Building for Rivers Church in Morningside. Project will run from June to December 2009.

New Contract for City Lodge Hotels We are pleased to have started with the construction of the new City Lodge Hotel in Fourways. We wish the team success for the project.

CAT TH414 Telehandler We are proud to announce that we have taken delivery of the first CAT TH414 Telehandler in South Africa. Full details and pictures will be posted in due course.

Annual Christmas Shutdown We will be closing our offices and sites on 12 December 2008 and re-open for business on 5th January 2009. We would like to wish all a happy and safe festive season.

B-BBEE Rating We are pleased to announce that Gothic Construction CC has had their BBBEE status verified and achieved a Level 4. (Certificate No. 10-37007 was issued on 31 July 2008).

Toyota Lifestyle Centre – Centurion We have reached practical completion at the Toyota Lifestyle Centre in Centurion on 3rd September 2008, and are now working towards works and final completion.
